Best Buddies International Friendship Walk

Maui Mall Village is proud to be the site of Maui’s inaugural Best Buddies International Friendship Walk, on Saturday, May 7. The walk is a fundraiser for Best Buddies International, a nonprofit dedicated to helping those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). It’s also a community celebration of inclusion of those with disabilities.

Check in is at 8:30 a.m. and opening ceremonies begin at 9:15 a.m., at Maui Mall Village. The fun continues until noon, with the walk around the center, live music, crafts, games, inspirational speakers, interactive activities and food. Registration for the walk is free and there is no fundraising minimum. Funds raised help local programs.

We encourage you to join the walk at Maui Mall Village and to help raise funds! As an added incentive, those who raise $50 will receive an official 2022 participant T-shirt that can be worn on walk day. More exciting incentives are available with higher levels of donations achieved. Once registered, participants will have access to their own personal fundraising page to personalize and keep track of fundraising efforts.
